By accessing and using GymSym ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

GymSym provides users with AI-powered analysis of exercise videos to offer feedback on form and technique. Our service includes a free trial of 10 video analyses and the option to purchase additional video credits in packs. The service is provided "AS IS" and we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct

You are responsible for all video content you upload to the Service. You agree not to use the service to upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy.

4. No Medical Advice

The feedback provided by GymSym is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the Service.

5. Purchases and Payments

GymSym offers a one-time purchase of video analysis credits. This is not a subscription. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that GymSym shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
